I'm writing to thank Zelio for contacting me last night regarding the event that I went thru last weekend (below msg). He checked that I'm a genuine and loyal client, apologised & offered me refund plus pizza. This was a noble way to treat a client who is totally fan of Sole D'oro's delicious pizzas. Much appreciated it :-) Would like to also emphasize how top quality is your product! I'm happy to keep being Sole D'oro's customer. Grazie tanto!

Last time I ordered Sole D'oro pizza it was disappointing & stressing. My husband bit a piece & there was a 5 cm piece of wood on top of it (he thought was a mushroom's leg). It was sharp & hurt his gum. When I called Sole D'oro to report, I was very illtreated by owners Zelio & Carla. Both never apologised and the worst, implied that I was making up this story. "How come u didn't see b4 biting?"  oes it make any difference?. "How come did it happen?"-*they* should tell me! They don't know how to deal with problems, at least apologise or offer refund. On the contrary, although the wood was burned by the oven, full of tomato sauce & pizza smell, he said he should 1st analyse if it was really his tomato on there. Unbelievable, totally unacceptable! No clue of how to manage a problem & treat a (ex-)loyal client. That's why I will post it in all websites so people can think twice b4 heading to Sole D'oro because they might be upset after all.

The pizza is delicious and the service is great and the staff is very friendly. A real family atmosphere. We have found the real italian recipe as mum used to cook. It's a nice place for a romantic dinner  I recommend it to everyone! We went to other Italian restaurants but we were not satisfied as from them. Thanks a lot to all.

My mum and I try to visit whenever we have the time to eat together. The food is outstanding and the service is lovely - very friendly but not overbearing. A real family atmosphere. I have been recommending to everyone I know in the local area, and further. Seriously, the food is delicious.

Great food, great service and all reasonably priced. This restaurant deserves to be packed every night. The fact that it isn't only makes it more appealing for those who do visit.

We visited for the first time 15 July 2011 The food was very good and very friendly service to match We did not have piazza but will next time. The wood fired oven looked and smelt great. This restaurant is just what Palmers Green needs.

First visit, won't be the last. Two adults, one child..Prawn cocktail x2 (one for child) ham & mush pizza x2, child's 6" pizza, one small scoop ice cream (could be more generous) enjoyed by all. (Menu has comprehensive fish, meat, pasta alternatives). House White wine, coffee, port. Price reasonable in comparison within the Enfield area. Staff attentive and polite, pizza chef flamboyant. Well worth a visit. We will be back, sooner rather later,

It's was my partner's 50th birthday recently, and we organised a family celebration meal at Sole D'Oro. Just want to say a big thank you for a wonderful evening. The food was delicious (as ever), with everyone being served at the same time, the food well presented and hot (where it needed to be!), and with an ideal interval between courses. The long table had been beautifully decorated, with flowers, balloons and table decorations; it really did look lovely. We were made to feel both at home and special at the same time! The tiramisu cake was gorgeous, and my other half was suitably thrilled.
We all really enjoyed ourselves, and will definitely be coming again, not only for 'normal' meals, but for special occasions too.
